A couple of things number one what are epepens and what do they do, and is there a limited number of people you can heal with your medic bag?

Epipen/epinephrin

You can only heal 1 at a time, but people always bunch up. You have unlimited 'healing powers' :)

Hi and welcome to PR I guess.

Now in the future if you want to look something up and dont want to wait theres the PR manual that comes with PR.

But heres the answer:
The eppipens are the BF2 vanilla shock paddles. Use them to "resurect" downed squad-members. You can use the hands to get them unstuck out of the terrain.

And no theres not a limited number of people nor will your medic bag run out of supply's!

You'd rather have "get first aid, here!" and then toss a bag to everyone so they can pull out that tank round stuck up their butt?

Pr manual doesnt say anything about epipens.
So cpr dosent revive them?
And theres no reason to use an epipen unless the troopers completely down?

Then there's the search function. Sometimes a body can get stuck in the ground, therefore you need to resuscitate the body to 'unstuck' it and then use the epipen to revive him.
If the epipen doesn't work, try hit the body a few times with the hands and then try and revive again.

Totally limp body = CPR him, then use the epipen to revive him, and finally use the bag to heal him.

A couple more question, how do you tell the difference between a criicaly wounded person and a dead one? if the person is criticaly wounded do you not need cpr, just epipen? this is assuming you can revive dead, which i know you cant do with headshot.

To my knowledge only the bar or the slightly blanking name. If hes in your squad ask him if he gave up. If not judge for yourself if you want to risk going out there.

If you squad-member is still alive but you cant find him on the mini-map ask him to rightclick on give up so he calls out for a medic again. That way you can find him
