OK, this may just be me, but has anyone ever been playing PR and just ran along way then starts taking fire? this has happened to me alot of times. I am just walking there in the middle of the road with no sprint getting shot at. In real life idk if i was shot 10 times in the leg I would run as fast as i could across the street to avoid death. Now, some of you will respond saying refill your sprint then run across the street. This is good advice if it is playable to the situation. what i mean by this is what if you r lazing a tank on top of a bunker on Kashan and a sniper is trying to shoot you. You would not merely walk gracefully to the door on top of the bunker (because u r out of sprint) NO! you would run to the door! I am not sure if this is possible for the BF2 engine but if it is try to add the "scared shit less" factor of war into PR.

Now, what do u think about this??

(you can also share you expirences if you wanan)

Increasing the sprint time is a resuggestion im afraid, please use search.

The sprint time was actually increased in 0.85 to 30secs sprint from 20secs with a faster refill time and I really cant see any reason to increase it further its perfect as it is.

Only advice I can give is perhaps you shouldn't just be standing in the middle of the road on your own but using cover with your squad. Doing so, you will find, will also help conserve your sprint for those moments when you do take fire.

Don't use it when you don't need it because you'll regret it when you do...

Re suggestion, but it would be nice to get a lil boost of stamina when being suppressed by enemy fire, it would be realistic. Or maybe add a canteen that is usable like field dressings that revives a lil stamina for those vital moments.

Look just save your stamina. It's not like you're in a hurry all the time.

Increasing stamina while under fire is more than likely hardcoded, has already been suggested, and you can very often avoid such situations. Yes, in the middle of the desert of kashan you won't find cover soon enough, but on most maps there's almost always something to hide behind in sprint distance.

If you have to lase something from the top of the bunker of kashan, well, then walk to the top, laze, and run back in if you are under fire. I don't really see the problem. If you already see it is dangerous while walking up, then return asap. Just don't take the risk if you don't want to end up being shot. If you really need to go out so far that you can't run back, then make sure you have someone covering you or just pray you won't be shot. Because in such a situation the kill would be pretty easy in real life too, anyway.

Already been suggested many times, the whole idea, and all the responses have been to save your sprint for such times.

Start thinking of the sprint bar in terms of TOTAL fatigue and not just a "Im a bit tired now".

When the bar reaches the end, you are DONE running. NOTHING will fix that except some "rest"

Start thinking of it that way and youll do fine. Generally, I never let my bar get under 3/4 or 1/2 and so I have it if I need i to run for cover in an emergency... ;)

Locked for resuggest

ps And you're not running ANYWHERE with 10 shots to the leg ;) Probably not even with one or two depending on circumstances
