VOIP Options while in helicopter

Hello all,
Im new, this is my first thread created by me so be gentle
Ok.. well ive been playing Pr for around 2 weeks now and LOVING it compared to bf2, one of my most favored things in Pr is the helicopter flight realism.. I really love joining HELI-TRANS squads and flying people to their destinations / out of their destinations BUT i have (quite often) come across a communication problem.
When im waiting in my chopper, and someone comes up and gets in, i have to use (if they're not in my squad) Team chat to ask them where they want to go. This gets annoying when i either don't get a response or do but can't see it because the amount of other chat on the team channel
. Then if i do get it, i fly to the destination but its too hot or there's no good landing zone. 
Then i have to fly all the way back to base to land my helicopter and type : Can't do, ill put you down to the north or something? reply: ok.
What I'm proposing is that (i don't know how ) you put a VOIP channel, much like squad chat, into the helicopter... (think of the headsets that the passengers/pilots wear to communicate) so that the pilot can talk to the other people in the aircraft WHILE flying, this (in my view) would GREATLY increase the realism of this already realistic Mod.
I really think this would be a GREAT feature and strongly erg the developers etc to have a look into the idea.
