new tool and new UK MG

hey i thought to just say it and it would be nice if the CE could have something else besides his wrench, if he IS to repair vehicles he'll need a blowtorch.
i've thought about this a long time and a blowtorch is way more realistic than a wrench, now the repair time with torch should be even slower than that of an repair station since you can't expect to get a tank ready n' rollin in 5 secs.
i would say 5-10 min with the blowtorch would be good to bring it back to reasonable or full health.
as you all know it takes 20 min for attack choppers, jets and tanks to respawn wich can sometime be a real bad when you really need em so i thought that we could let the CE once again be able to repair ground vehicles.
remember i want him to have a slower repair rate than a repair station wich would make sense and feel realistic.
cause i rather wait 5-10 min for a tank than 20 if you know what i mean.
an other thing i also have on my heart is that the UK shouldn't have the FN Mini or 249 since it's not standard issue in the UK armed forces
i'd say they should have this 1 instead in the Automatic Rifleman kit
FN MAG(preferred by most UK troops because of it's heavier round the 7.62x51mm NATO than the 5.56x45mm NATO of the FN Mini or the US 240 series.
that's all from me for now
