why does all the army rifles with the red dot only have to aimpoint as the optic? the army uses both the aimpoint reddot and the Eotech holographic weapon sight. is it possible to make one of the standard kits rifle with an Eotech, for example make either the second rifleman kit have it or the medic kit or something like that with the eotech on it? because i have an Eotech in real life on my real AR15 and i love it, i personally dont like the aimpoint (in real life) because it makes me feel like im looking down a tunnel.

AimPoint was selected for the contract, while other collimating sights such as the EoTech and the ITL MARS were field tested by various military units. Aimpoint is the standard, and will likely replace other
red-dots that are currently being fielded.
