When ur driving for example in a Hummvee,you can talk with VOIP to everyone else in Hummvees.
Not even just squad-mates,the whole team!

if it has VoIP in the suggestion , its hardcoded.

We'd love to do this, but the in-game VoIP settings cannot be modified.

No,thats two different things.
He ment that people thats not in squad talks together in voip in ONE heli.
I ment that people in same vehicle,also more than ONE can talk together on VOIP.

Example:A man says,"Hi".He is sitting in a hummvee.
Now all other people thats in all other Hummvees all over the map did hear the man said "Hi".

Anything to do with the VOIP system is a resuggestion because it has pretty much all been discussed before and it is completely hardcoded.

The link that I gave you, whilst making a slight variation to the suggestion, simply served to demonstrate the point that it is hardcoded.

"Going out on a limb" is an expression meaning making a dramatic point. In this case it was used sarcastically.

Mumble is a 3rd party VOIP program that is being introduced to PR to accomplish some of the things that we cannot do with the in-game VOIP system. Check it out.

I gave him a hint to not do the same stuff as ivee done.

Anything to do with the VOIP system is hardcoded. The Already Suggested Suggestions thread is not the only place you need to look, but also you are required to use the Search Function. Locked for Hardcoded.
