I know that it is very rare when playing PR that US/britsh solider will pick up an insurgent kit but why would the coaliton forces exchang their life saving helemet for an insurgents rag. I can understand why an insurgent would exchange his rag for a helemet but why an US/Britsh.


So try and just get the coaltion forces to have same helmet but with the isnurgent kit.

Helmets and scarfs are part of the kit, so if you pick up a insurgent kit, you will not only get the weapons but some clothes and stuff too. iirl this way the devs were able to give them diffrent faces.

This has been discussed and discussed to death both in testing and on the release of 0.85.

I believe the helmet is attached to the kit, so it's impossible/hardcoded to grab insurgent kit without their rags.

Asked about many times before. Its an issue that arose from using new kit gemotries for new factions like the Russians, taliban and militia.

Basically, i we want unique and semi realistic kits geometries, then this is going to be a result of that...

Sucks a bit, but many think its worth it. Takes time to get used to Im sure, but yeah..
