Helicopter - Missile hit, spin out of control

Is it possible to make the helicopters spin out of control instead of having them blow up in the sky? I know on ARMA if you shot a helo in the tail then it would start spinning, it was hard to gain control but you had a slight chance.
Is this sort of thing possible? It would make crashing more fun as you would have a battle to try and save the helo.
I know something similar has been suggested before but i wanted to know the situation with it all.

Resuggestion...Use the search function and even just read new-ish threads...on page 2 I think there are 2 threads asking for the same thing...anyways it actually happens 1/3 of the time and the pilot does have minimal control as I recall...but you won't be able to save a heli without a tail rotor a couple hundred meters from the ground..

I know someone made a mod for PRSP where he increased the "disabled" health which would make choppers crash instead of explode if they don't get hit by a tank round or something...
Ah yes

There we have it.

It has been searched before, although granted with the amount of relevant resuggestions of this before you would have a lot of reading. So I´ll just say it, it is already in game, only works on local servers.
Time to blow the tirak horn.

Thread locked due to resuggestion.
Sadly this is not possible with BF2's netcode, however
PRSP does have this feature if you'd like to see it in action.
