i don't know if anyone has posted before about this,but could we drive enemy cars and trucks,not tanks or apcs,it seems could make the game more realism,just a suggestion,

Nope, search the AAS thread and use the forum search function before posting a suggestion.

Not being able to drive enemy vehicles cars was added to the game on purpose and for a reason.

Although personally I think you should be able to drive enemy light vehicles light hummers trucks cars etc. doubt it will ever be changed though.

i *believe* that team locking the cars and boats ect is the only way to remove them from map, otherwise both teams will see empty cars on there map all over place

Your topic has been discussed >here< and elsewhere on these forums before. It is hard-coded in the sense that it cannot be implemented with the other features of PR (ie, empty vehicles not showing up grey).
