VOIP Help

I need help with my VOIP, I have been playing with my settings all week and been searching but haven't crossed any answers for my specific problem.

I got Noise supression turned on and it may be the root of the problem but has never caused me problems before. Basicly when I have it turns it off I can speak but people hear all my background noise. When I turn it on, I can only speak when nobody else is talking but when there is high sound background noise like explosions or gunfire. It cuts off my VOIP. In PR that's pretty much a lot of the time.

It just shows as the red VOIP transmit instead of the green one. Anybody have this problem before and know how to fix it?

Maybe the problem is that on your windows sound settings (volume / properties / recording), have enabled the stereo mix, this should be on silent or off so that is not a return to the sound when talking. tries to mute or disable stereo mix

Thanks that helped a lot, the stereo mix option was disabled so I couldn't see its settings.
