I was playing a China v USA map this morning and needing to toss a few grenades. Unfortunately they didn't explode, non of them. Anyone else had this?

Don´t know if mean the same, but there is a old bf bug.
If you get killed after you threw a nade the nade will not explode from time to time. Think, that have to do with the time between throw and death or if the nade already touched the ground or not.

A grenade will not explode on the Carrier if dropped, it just sits there and wiggles its way into solid steel. sometimes it does explode if like it bounces off a wall, but its a fun trcik to play while standing in a group and dropping a nade at their feet. (don't try this though as it could backfire anyway and cause major rage...)

Also, dying while throwing a nade often results in the nade not exploding. Probably some Client-side vs Server-side network issues.
Iv noticed general server -lag(connectivity where the server is at fault or stressed) will cause this to happen. I have a feeling high pings may not help either.

SOLDIERS BEWARE:

If a player dies while throwing a Nade, picking up his kit and equipping the said Nades will cause you to throw them involuntarily. This can cause ample TKs and suicides and the dead and dying should be approached with caution.

Seen this before and afaik it is a server side issue. Not sure what causes it but its random and seems to generally be fixed by a map restart.

happens to me also. one thing- it happens in vBF2

happen to me when i threw a moltov before.

Happens a lot recently for me, I have also noticed that most of the times that this occurs is when I cannot see the grenade I have thrown, for example, throwing it in front of me in open ground, it works, throwing over a wall, I hear or see nothing.

I'm ok with this bug.
Some of the nades are dud in real life.

in vBF2, every nade i threw but died when it was mid-air did not explode, however in PR it does, on rare occasions it didnt.
