Spotter Kit

Before I go on talking about my idea, i checked whether this has been suggested or not and it hasn't been

The addition a Spotter Kit to work as a team with the Sniper.
The sniper kit in PR is a great and very useful kit IF used properly. Most of the time through my own experience, the sniper kit has been used in-correctly. People with after spawning in a squad, would get a sniper kit and then go off the squad and go lone-wolf and take out targets even though the squads goal is different. The addition of a spotter Kit in PR could have a positive impact on the sniper and the outcome of the match.
The Sniper first of all, always works as a team. They never or usually don't work alone. It's like ying yang, the spotter is no use without sniper, but the sniper is no use with the spotter. They both need to work together in order to work properly. Both of there roles are the same. They include reconnaissance, confirming enemy movement/activity and if needed, taking out high value targets. Like said earlier, a lot of people in my own experience use the sniper kit to take out targets solely. The sniper has more duties then just taking out targets.
The Sniper and Spotter have two different task's though. The Sniper is usually the person who fire the sniper rifle at a given target. The Spotter though has opposite tasks then the sniper. They are the one's who assign's targets usually to the Sniper. They observe for any targets and even though this does not effect gameplay in PR, any changes in Wind direction. The Spotter is also the one who is not effected by the recoil of the sniper rifle, making them crucial to confirming shots made by the sniper and are to correct any shots made if shot is missed. The spotter kit in PR would help the sniper work and be more useful in-game because there main task would be to take out any targets, while the spotter takes the responsibility of feeding back any information to commanders/squad any anything else that the sniper would have had to do.
Because the sniper is usually given the sniper rifle, the Spotter then would instead, be given a semi or automatic assault rifle. The spotter and his/her assault rifle would be crucial to the team's security. The sniper rifle is best used to engage targets farther then the regular infantry mans rifle. But, when situations where the sniper team goes into a closed small area (CQB) or enemy targets appear in a range that is not suitable for the sniper rifle to be used, it is then the Spotter task to take out any near by targets with his/her assault rifle.
SPOTTER'S KIT
The spotter would have the same equipment that a Sniper would have but instead, the kit would include an automatic/semi-auto assault rifle and a spotting scope.
