Mine de-activator

A mine de-activator.
Some of you has surely seen on Future Weapons.
A little pipe that blows out sparks and melts the powder in the mine.
Then the mine is de-activated.
This is like sparkles,can only be used one time.
One pipe that blows out sparks=One de-activated mine.

Everytime i see a post that is based on what the OP saw in Future Weapons it makes ma want to rage.
actually it's only the "Future Weapons" part.

engineer has wrench atm, maybe another prop would be more appropriate for ordinance disposal, but this would be mostly an asethetic change imo.
Wouldn't an explosive charge that destroys mines and grenade traps be more suitable?

I shearched on mine,and on future weapons,its not just future weapons.
The MP7 has been there too.

there was a topic a while ago, about a EOD kit or something like that, with a device that would disable IED/mines. can't find it now tho

But if they do,i think its US or something like that.
Yes,ur right,a small exsplosive bombing the mines or IEDs would be better and more comfortable.

OT: I dont think PR should limit it self to weapons currently in [insert army here] use.
IIRC PR is set to "the near future" thus opening for some,let´s say, unkonventional solutions IMO.
Having a device that can neutrealise an IED or grenadetrap or w/e would be realistic since this is something that many military forces have to deal with worldwide. (i.e leftover mines,boobytraps in Iraq/Afghan etc)
Maybe not this exact solution,but the idea is good (and sugested before).

I'm sure that there was a suggestion for it already
and I'm pretty sure it works ingame, cuz afaik IEDs can destroy eachother afaik (tried it ingame earlier, my mate blew up my IEDs with his own)

hint: in future, check if a piece of equipment is being used by the factions in game ... or it wont make it in.

I believe it was, like with tank shots and apc shots doing destroying them, but I think they removed it due to the fact that mines couldn't deny areas to armor seeing how they could just destroy it.

If any weapons that can blow up mines specificly for that purpose is to be added, IMO I think it should be for the combat engineer only. As in real-life that is there job. Might even get people interested in actually picking that kit since its probally the most un-popular kit in PR despite for all the goodies it has.

Exactly we need EODs in PR
EOD kit hummvee for engineers only, that drops a cool *** box of tools. lol.

Johnnytheied, you might want to merge those three topics. Admins don't like double posts (got a warning for that). Just thought I would tell you before the admins tell you and to save a admins time of having to edit your posts and merging them.
