a spotter kit, as requestable?
he would get a short range weapon such as an SMG, a monocular (a la Far Cry 2
the monocular would have an increased range than the standard binoculars, like a GLTD, except without the laser designating capability), a bunch of field dressings (perhaps six, to give himself and his sniper a chance if they start taking fire) a knife, and only one smoke grenade.
However, this kit could maybe only be available to squads with less than 3 people...
just a rough draft =) may need some tweaking.
