Yes,i think he knew that,but the epipen is maybe a bit modern for factions like he named?

I'm sure Doctors in the middle east have access to epinephrine considering that it's been around for just about 100 years, and as we all know, doctors is where insurgents and taliban get their medical supplies from.

Epipen is not realisitc, its a realistic parody, adrenaline would not be administered in this way afaik (at least in british medical doctrine the spinal syringe for administering emergency adrenaline is now all but not used), so no point in changing the pen for a syringe.

Maybe everyone in PR is just really allergic to lead?

Yeah, theres only a few circumstances adrenaline is used, and the main one is allergies.

Syringe would be much funnier though.

well, Insurgents are sometimes given adrenaline boosting pills so that they will feel like they have god-mode and go all out to kill the coalition forces. Theres some cases when a man is shot many times and continues on running and firing his rifle. But its still depend on which type of adrenaline your looking at, life-saving or really simply boosting the capability to kill your enemies.

sources please, cuz that doesn't sound right...

you might be talking about stimulants which can affect a neurotransmitter called noradrenaline, which is very different in functinon to adrenaline.

better yet give them some crystal meth or heroin thats more like what they would have avilalable

Thats nothing new, All armies use speeds to boost their soldiers. US air force pilots have bottom ziplocks of pills to take when they go in mission. Some are wake up pills, others unknown who help them accomplish mission without question. Its a proven fact.

Nazis were the firsts to use it on their soldiers. Creating young "Stormtroopers" who wouldnt go down on first shot, and actually keep going like rambo. Hence why most "speed pills" you see in the streets that ravers pop, are made the "nazi way". (the same way the nazis first made them back in the 40's)

I wouldnt be suprised Insurgents use them as well, Shit I'm sure I would if I was fighting against the biggest modern army with scrap. Same thing if I was USMC... You don't really care about your long term health at that point. You just wanna stay sharp 24/7 and come back from it.
