There are rumours that ever since the massive influx of new
players to PR that the DEVs have been considering modifying some kits
and adding others to accommodate the new standard of gameplay
being employed by some.

already done. We had the "spec-ops" kit in 0.6, if my memory is in place...
he had a rifle-wannabe, no scope, a hat instead a helmet, no bodyarmor, only smoke-grenades, silenced pistol, and biiiig binocular... it was a pure joke kit.
I vote - yes, bring spec-ops kit back!

I think E-Penises have been waved around quite a lot for quite some time... unofficially...

The E-Peen Mk. 2 apparently comes with DU armor, hollow-point bullets and as much
lubricant as you can handle...

About the E-Peen Mk. 2, the real question is :Will it be scoped ? As I believe those using it only get to see their targets from afar...

Actually, it had the vBF2 M4A1 and C4 too. It was kick-*** and I soloed the shit out of it!

I Did here the the "E-Peen Mk. 2" is battery operated.

I have heard from senior (PR) Military Analysts that the E-Peen Mk. 2 will most likely remain iron sights
- however there will be also be available a modular belt-fed mechanism, gatling modification and underslung grenade launcher available. There are rumours that a Mk. 19 (40 mm) version of the E-Peen is under development but, speaking from personal experience, it can make walking a little difficult.

I thought I recognized that wand, I was under the impression that carebear in this pic was wearing his normal weekday clothes, not a sniper costume...

Always the bashing on the sniper kit it is not the sniper kit thats broken, it is how inexperienced people use it.
