Ever since the Taliban has pushed deeper into Pakistan, I've noticed that in some pictures that there are Taliban fighters carrying G3 Weapons. The G3 is already in game and would give the Taliban a better long range weapon on maps like Korengal Valley and Operation Archer.

That picture is taken from Pakistan, I am pretty sure they have allot more g3's in Pakistan than in Afghanistan and atm there is no Pakistan maps.

We should give 'em nukes, too.

Though, I'd love to see Optic RPG-7 for the HAT and G3s.

im pretty sure the pakistani army uses g3s, so chances are if any taliban have g3s they probably got them from pakistani soldiers. especially if it has a scope on it.

Opfor has the G3 on every MEC Map, and the inurgent SL's carry them too, not being a fan of the G3 and its massive recoil myself, that is enough.

i agree i dont think the taliban should get scoped g3s. obviosuly they have them in real life, but how many do you think they really have? probably very few. iron sight g3s however, they are pretty common in 3rd world arms markets so i wouldnt think it be a bad idea to have them for the taliban.

The magazine count for the SVD is being increased from 3 to 12 and the Taliban still have a scoped Lee-Enfield and AK-74 for the grenadier. I think that's enough.

Completely agree, plus the Lee-Enfield now actually uses .303 ballistics meaning you can actually hit with it. We don't want to make the Taliban too much of a conventional faction because that would just be wrong.
