Basically the British base dome is not working that well (starts too late).
Same in C&C.

well there's no point in fixing it because another map will replace that

Ive had this on a lot of maps. I think its too scare players to get back onto the battlefield but not too punish them too harshly about it.

it WILL kill you, but out of bounds is around 60 seconds, this is for jets...

Ive swam to the carrier on barracuda and it was like ages till I died. Jets on kashan also same senario.

I think its good though. Works well as the player will try to get back on the battlefield asap anyway.
