Heavy Sniper Rifles

Essentially, the proposal here is to include 2 different sniper kits - 4 of each
-Current sniper > has ghillie suit, current loadout
-HAM sniper (Heavy Antimaterial) > has a rifle that takes 2wice as long to chamber a bullet, same for loading, but no ghillie or GTLD, can only shoot prone
It can 1-hit-kill,
-Rallies
-FBs (where-ever you knife them)
-Drivers protected by penetrable armor (if it can take damage from an LMG, it's penetrable)
-Inf (no possibility of a medic, kit isn't take-able)
3-4 shots can kill, 1 engine shot disables...
-Helis (specific engine shot)
-Technicals
-Tank/APC optics?
It may seem overpowered, but it exists IRL...thoughts?
