[869] SA7 launch sound missing [minor]

give a detailed description of exactly what the problem is.
the launching sound on the SA7 is not present, either from 1p or 3p
I don't know about the stinger etc, the delpoyable AA seems fine
as well, give the following info:
-map name
Basrah 64+16 (could be more, will check it out in a sec)
- dedicated
Steps to Reproduce:
Fire the SA7, woosh is heard from projectile, but no launch sound, tested from 0m to 100m
