I gently installed bf2 editor as ive always done after a format c:. Following every step of the book. Played around for a bit, and closed the program with any problem. Today when i wanted to reopenned bf2 editor, I get this weird error message. I googled it for a bit, and the reasons vary from RAM problems( Well none of my ram have blown up since last night, nor changed in any way) to direct map conflicts, but in my case its just as I load up the editor. When its been through all the files in the little overview screen, at the point where it should have let me into the editor to load my map or whatever, it gives me this message and is being a b1tch in general.

hope some one got a hint, cause ive tried setting up that folder 25 times now.

try increasing your page file size, looks like 2 programs trying to access same memory .

Sounds like your system dont have enough RAM, how much do you have? You will most likely need to upgrade.

4gb ddr3 1333mhz - I have done 4x4km maps with 2gb on same computer, worked fine the other day :-)

its one hundred percent something to do with statics... when i go to modmanager, without any statics added, and add the zip files, i get the exact same error. when i remove it again, all good. ( Can do that even tho I get the error., but when i get it, its not possible to actually "enter" a map)

100% with them statics.. or vista 64bit, infact.. computer setup:

2400 quad
4gb ram
gf9800gx2
vista 64bit
all drivers uptodate
