[0869] PR-Tip says one needs 2 SMs with the SL to set rally (ridiculously minor)

As it says in the title. The PR-Tip displayed on loading a map states that one needed 2 SMs with SL to set a rally.
Steps to reproduce:
Load maps until the tip comes up

It's 2 members needed only with the patch,down from 3.

Yes it is, and from what he said in the OP, it still says he needs 2 others with him, when it only needs one.
Apparently this was marked as fixed for 67/68, but has returned;

harrod is right. but it's another thing. it's not the ingame text when you try and set a rally without anyone around. it's the text of the pr tip.
