Epipens should not kill people!
I've tried it out and they do, how does a shot of adrenaline kill somebody?

I kinda miss the old shock paddle assault...

DankE's correct, it's damage has went from 1000 down to 10 in .86. So, it can still wound a little, but it'd be kind of dumb to do it in the future.

Maybe there'll be professional EpiPen battles in the streets of optimized Fallujah. For kicks.

iirc changelog say epipen now only gives life not death!

like the other's have said, it's fixed. also its a re-model/skin of the shock paddles IIRC so the killing is not a DEV intention.
