We were sitting on a hill watching the landbridge with both of our TOW's. When we attempted to move them, they refused to move. I would describe it as not having the correct kit to move the vehicle without the Message and Black Screen.

had you waited for the mandatory time for the TOW to activate which was raised for 0.85 iirc

ya, all weapons that are mounted have a warmup time, did you wait the reqired time?

Read what he says, they wanted to move them, not shoot.

The tows can move anyway while you are waiting the warmup time.
