Insurgent bugs

These have probable been addressed but I figured what the hay.
I noticed two bugs when playing as Insurgents. When acting cell leader, sometimes I cannot see flames of any kind and end up walking (and dying) in an "invisible fire". I also noticed as the IED insurgent, when sometimes after laying down an IED, I cannot equip the cell phone to detonate it. The only way to resolve it is to go back to the cache, load up on another one and hope for the best. It happened on several maps, not just one, but the last one I remember having the IED glitch was Fallujah West.
