Is this .86 update a full on download, or just a patch for the current version

i want to know if i need to download .85, or should i just wait for .86
cause i don't want to have the big DL and then just have to do it again in a couple of days or something

It will be both. A patch for the people who have .85 and full for the people who do not have it.
