Only happened once (friday) with me and a SM. we were trying to take down an enemy firebase but our Incendiary nades just didnt go off

Some grenades are duds or glitch into the ground and vanish.

Knife the radio three times and it will fall apart. Takes an incenderary to make it fully vanish.

Or C4/IED.

yeah, i would knife if I knew it. but a guy knew and c4ed it (after knifing the radio) to blow the FB and the supply crates... i didnt hear his warning.... guess what happened.
