"Vehicle loadout tweaks" makes it seem like the #/type of vehicles on maps were changed...

They were, but if they were I'm sure you could still find it under maps. Nearly all would be extremely minor (Such as only 5 technicals rather than 7 on some maps, or how Muttrah lost a few transport helis). Otherwise, the two that stand out are:
Jabal added UH1 Huey with Rockets and BRDM Gaskin.
- Qwai River littlebirds and tanks removed due to low view distance, WZ551A added.
