Which team do you prefer playing as on Insurgency maps and why?

Which side provides a more fun\memorable experience?

I would say a mixture, I've had equally good rounds as insurgents, defending a cache against seemingly endless hordes of US soldiers on Fallujah. Meanwhile, assaulting a cache on the edge of the city and having a fire fight, over open ground, moving clearing, .50 cal support, RPGs flying everywhere on Basrah as Brit. Those two stories stand out as my best rounds as each.

Overall, I would say, when people go Insurgent, they go.. oh look... no tickets... LAL NOOB STARTING.... 5....4...3....2...1! And start behaving all retarded, meanwhile, if your on the US, maybe 60% of the time, it's better as BLUFOR.

BLUFOR, because they have the armor and I´m a armor whore.

Archer - US
Basrah - Either
Korengal - Either
Ramiel - Either
Karbala - Insurgents

All due to balance/fun.

Insurgents all the way, its just not so stressfull to play I think.
You just take sapper, place your IED and wait , or what Im doing actually quite often on Chicago Insurgency is going Commander.

Playing as Ins feels just like, dunno, you think you can do anything cuz like Scot mentioned you have no ticketloss, so why not just make a senseless suicideattack which maybe costs the BLU some tickets.

The only thing I absolutly HATE is beeing shot at ... sometimes I feel like the Blues as doing it for porpose just hurting me and not killing ... its so damn annoying if get hit once (you havent even an idea from where which is annoying as well) and you have to bleed to death slowly cuz noone takes ever Civi, and even if theres a Civi is on the other side of the map.

Apart from that Ins are my favourite faction

Depends on the map, i enjoy playing both sides, ramiel is the only map where i say, i really prefer playing one side (Blufor) but often playing Taliban with AK's can be great fun, especially with the little Ak74U's. I enjoy playing as Brits on Al'Basrah because of the fun the lynx can be.
I think their should be a "Not fussed/Either or" option on the poll, as i personally am not fussed most of the time, but maybe it's just me.

How about a both-option?

I like to play both, the armored and scoped Blufors and the triggerhappy and insidious insurgents.

Sometimes I feel like being the underdog and staging ambushes. Sometimes I'll feel like joining a well coordinated US squad and getting some headshots with the aimpoint

Tough choice...but insurgents. First you get to blow them up, then you steal their guns!

As long as there is teamwork, it is fun to play either side.
Sadly people seems to play less organised as insurgents.

Both, swapping between them each round is fun. Changing tactics.

1)Korengal=disconnect
2)Archer=US to pilot a heli,if none available disconnect
Basrah,Karbala and Fallujah=Lonewolf insurgents.

Well most times I like to play Ins more as they are much more flexible, However, Basrah sticks out in my mind as being a hard life for ins as any team with common sense just sits all armour outside the city firing in and there is little to nothing most of the INS team can do.
Another aspect is when playing ins you are not always in the fight if you defend a cache, you have to wait a long time and its usually not worth it in the end. Personally, Ins mode would be a lot better if there were less armour for Bluefor teams, stuff like light APC's/Hummers/LB's work as they can actually be used as transport around to caches, APCs on Fallujah are not used really to support the inf just camp spawns.

I normally play BLUFOR, cuz I like the m16 a lot, but i think ill give suicide insurgent a try

Either. Most noobs switch over to the BluFor side, so I go fight for the insurgents. I'm more biased for the BluFor side though unless the insurgents get a significantly lower spawn time. That's the only thing pissing me off about the insurgents: their spawn times.

Insurgents, way more variety plus I enjoy a good ambush. They are even better when the Insurgent squads work as a team instead of having everyone lonewolf.

Well i seem to be always forced onto insurgents as when ever im loading in it seems alot of people switch over. But ive started to love being insurgents now, not so much taliban but general militia insurgents yeah. Love just doing random stuff like throwing molotvos at the sniper then stealing his kit ^^
