Hi Guys

An easy question for the old boys out there?

Can Insurgents repair their vehicles?
I think I once saw an insurgent repairing a tactical - perhaps he had a captured combat engineer kit?

As these things are valuable on a full server!

While I am here I understand that small veicles can be repaired by combat engineers with the spanner a la VBF am I correct?

First of all its not a tactical its a technical and if u have a wrench, sure why couldnt u repair, though they have no kit that haves one ,theyre too expensive

But the humvv's are repairable the trucks not I believe?

Any team with a repair depot, symbolized by a dark gray/black wrench icon on the map, usually situated at the main bases or asset spawns, can have their vehicles repaired at said station, which looks like a big net cover with crates and armor ammunition.

So yes, Humvees, Land Rovers, transport trucks (no canopy, holds 8? 6 maybe.), logistics trucks (with canopy and two seats up front), Armored Personal Carriers, Infantry Fighting Vehicles, Main Battle Tanks can be repaired at this depot.

As far as I know, helicopters require a helipad to rearm and repair, and jets their runways.

Can the helicopters be repaired with a wrench? Well they should be if your far away from the base.

Yes they can, I've done it several times.

Forgive me if I'm being thick but do the insurgents even have repair deports at the moment?

i think talibans have it in the upcoming version, at least on op archer. not sure about insurgents though

Insurgents and talibans could use a carages as an repair depots.

Its always annoying the h#ll out of me when the Technicals suspensions breaks..

Could that be cause you "yank" it too offten?

I thought that that wrench can only repair runways and disable mines and traps only, not repair vehicles... is this correct or am I missing something?

NATO all have repair stations at main base for vehicle repairs, taliban and insurgents do not but I believe the taliban can request some form of kit with a wrench on it. The insurgents do not have wrenches so you cannot repair vehicles. You let them die and they will respawn unless of course you capture a NATO Combat Engineer kit.

As it is right now...you can still repair light vehicles such as Hummers. Anything small that fits into the Jeep category can still be repaired by the wrench. Although I haven't tried it on technicals after stealing a Combat Engineer kit from the enemy...

If you find a logistics truck that had dropped a repair depot, you can repair Insurgent vehicles with it.

I have seen an insurgent repairing a technical, so it is possible...if you can find and nick an engineer kit!
