Mumble- High priority at start by default...?`

Hi,
I am absolutely not sure if this is the right place for a question about mumble, but since this is more or less the Forum for everything that doesn't fit anywhere else i decided to post it here...

How ever. I played some rounds wiht Mumbe PR Beta 0.4 and it was a bit laggy for me. So I checked the process-priority in the taskmanager and found out, that it was set to high. I startetd it once again and it was again on high.
Is this a bug/feature or just my mistake?

If it is really at high by default I suggest to set it to normal as some people might get troubles with this settings. When I put it back to normal it was a bit less laggy.

Anyway, what do you think and does your mumble also start at high priority?

Greets

i hear that Mumble is really good for PR. but im afraid it will complicate things and i will have trouble playing PR (which would be TERRIBLE!) so I just stay away from it.
but i think Mumble will be comming with/being mandatory with PR. until that great great day i will keep using team chat,

Try reducing the quality settings. However it might be a feature of the program as voip is often given high priority.

This did not really help. Changed all the quality-settingsto a lower level but it is still starting als "high".
Even with a batch-file I couldn't start it in normal mode...

I mean, it is not a big deal, either to let it on high nor to but it to normal with task-manager.
But I think the user should have the choise how to start it (mybe as an option) and should at least be informed about it since normally all programs start with normal priority...
