[help] init.con not found

hello, i dont know if this has been asked before, but i did a forum search without finding a good answer.
i read a tutorial on the forums for setting up the editor.. but i still didnt find anything about the init.con file. everytime when i want to load a map in the editor, like operation barracuda i get the error "mods/pr_edit/levels/op_barracuda/init.con not found!" there is no file called init.con, so where do i get it from? (or how do i create it by my own)
i just want to load the map, for taking a look how pr levels look like (i have experience with the radiant mapping program)
