Loving it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Suddenly the most important person in an infantry squad is not the squad leader! its the MEDIC, but its a good thing as it encourages the basic idea that giving the medic reasonable cover when reviving or healing is important. I hope for the future it will make game much slower as on UKWF server people know what thir doing.. but the gameplay is very fast. Something that I enjoyed away from vanilla. Also the chineese & british GUN SOUNDS ARE VERY SIMILAR! very hard to distinguish....

I love the new helicopter sounds and the A10 sound, my favorite part so far, i do not like the fact that the helis on training take so long to spawn now.

Loving the new gun sounds.

New AR is a bit annoying as the minute you pop your head up your dead, but its no biggie, as it means people are more cautions, it made for a greater game in the end.

P.S. I did not have any problems with PB in 0.85.

Some things are cool but I am not liking the fact that AR kits are everywhere. Specificly when one side gets scoped versions. You all may think its all cool right now, but after you got to deal with it for awhile you may change your mind.

I like the one medic limitation, I also like the new SL options between scopes and iron sights. Most of my issues are just with the fact the AR kits are everywhere. I was just playing a MEC vs US map on the new patch and one US SAW gunner with a scope managed to defend a entire capture zone all by sitting on a mountain waiting for enemy to come into his range. With the MG's supressive capabilities and pretty decent accuracy and with so many of them out there. It just makes some maps ridiculous IMO.

double click on the exe.. watch it install, restart your PC ... then play.

I've already posted this, but meh, i'll do it again since i don't get that much needed answer.
When i try to launch PR via shortcut or .exe itself, the game doesn't start, but instead, a file named pr.txt appears in the PR folder. Here's what is said inside of it:
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2
PR command line args sent to BF2: +modPath mods/pr +menu 1

All I know is that I shot o us soldier in the face with a RPG and he did not die.
later one us soldier stole a RPG kit, shot me in the FACE and I was not injured and I killed him with my bayonette. RPG did not have any damage on HUMANS

I was witness to this, as the same round's playing out on the Chicago H server.

The RPG was fired in a building, and over a short distance, so maybe RPGs fired that close are worthless?

I know UGLs don't work in a certain range. 25m or 50m close, and the round won't go off.

Yawn, I'm not impressed tbh. Nothing really changed...Just Eyecandy.
