Exiting Landrover killed my squad.

On Al Basrah today we were driving the LR, and when I stopped to let my guys out, they bled to death within a few seconds of pressing "E". This happened to me as well. Don't know what causes this odd bug.

I had a similar occurrence. I stopped and got out, but then immediately died. In my situation, I had just stopped, and it's possible the vehicle's suspension wasn't fully settled or that it slid on the uneven ground.

Are you sure your car wasn't burning?

Or it could be a lag issue...(like when having high pings it takes around 5-10 seconds to pick up a kit...)
