THis PAtch "0.860" instals "PR.exe" WHICH IS'NT WORKING WTF I WANT TO PLAY AND IT LAUNCHES NORMAL BF2 FU*K I WANT TO PLAY THIS, "PR.EXE" IS SHIT HELP PLS

Change the Shortcut Target to this:

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe"

If you have anymore problems let us know

Also,explain problem in the title a bit instead of calling it WOW,dont use caps all the time,take your tiem writing isntead of rafe typing and cut down on the swearing,people might wanna help you faster that way.

It creates a new shortcut to the exe. The shortcut is called "Project Reality 0860". find that and use it to get into the game

have you had a dud install try uninstalling PR and reinstall it

im using this shortcut i didnt change anything it just doesnt work lanuches normal bf2

i installed the patch i dont have core and levels 0.860

would it work i i would download 0.860 core and levels ??

uninstall everything, and reinstall core then levels. that's what i did. patch didn't work for me.
also, i couldn't log in cause the login froze. i changed the main menu video background and i was able to log in. haha

ok thanks thats what im gonna do the core and levels are downloading very fast for so i might play it today

thats very annoying when u are very happy to play and then something fu*k ups damn but it should work when i install it again

1) Make your thread title more descriptive of the contents. "Wow" doesn't tell anyone what your thread is about.

Known to fix issues like this

I just have to give my 2 cents.
Every single dude talking about the pr.exe not working missed something, it's annoying.
Delete the old shortcuts, use the new one.
Delete 0.85 if you install 86 full version, core, then levels.
If you use the patch still delete the shortcuts, but leave the 0.85 pr.

I use the "crappy" Vista 64bit and did not have a single problem with anything.


People should read the manual (what I did to kill the torrent download time), also it was just a "wtf?" when I read the title and the first post. Really, with this attitude you won't go anywhere.

nah mega im vista users and followed all instructions and shortcut wont work at all. Wont even run Van Bf2 like others were doing
