Skirmish Problem

found a massive flaw in the kit system. On a skirmish you cant spawn as a limited kit at the start and you just die. Maybe a hotfix is needed so that we can scrim properly. Cus it's a bit weird. I dont know if its every skirmish map but its definitely muttrah.

This is definitely a massive problem. If everyone doesn't take a rifleman kit at the start then people end up dying, which means you either have to compensate for any ticket difference, ignore it, or restart the round and wait another 3 minutes or so, hoping that no one makes the same mistake again.

This also happened with a Rifleman Specialist kit. I don't really get it. (Could have been l4gi epic h4xxing, blatently :wink

Is it just certain teams that get this issue?
is it on any other maps than Muttrah?
Do you have a video?
i just tried it on local and everything seemed to work ok.......

In the match we played on Muttrah, first round it was just MEC team who had it, then after a restart both teams got the bug and virtually everyone died. When we tried for a third time everyone still had the bug but most people had figured things out and chosen rifleman by then.
I can try and get a vid but our server is corruptified atm.

yay, we had that on jabal al burj
we had restarted the map and server several times
still kept on dying until we figured out that:
unless u dont spawn with a rifleman kit, u instantly die when map starts
that suxx hard because after spawning all specialists have to find the crate first to grab their valuable kits
20-30 seconds right at the beginning of a match are lost for all the medics and leaders and machinegunners (half of a team), 30 secs behind is like 50 meters behind the actual frontline
a huge problem for startup tactics imo
pls fix that
