it does kinda reward inter squad organistaion since 2 squads can use 3 humvees.

In some maps (mostly of the insurgency mode), when my squad reaches 5 players, I lock it.. just because of the humvee.

It's not nice to leave a friend and make him run to where you're going or even worse, ask him for suicide. :/

Limit your squad to 5 and your problems are solved

One thing I do is request transport for 4 of my guys, then have the 2 in the humvee follow. it works very well, all the men get transported quickly, and you maintain 50cal coverage

Yeah this has been brought up many-a-times.

It's inconvenient at times but it's realistic, ideally there'd be enough transport vehicles to use without needing to cram everyone into one humvee.

If you've got a full squad with only 1 humvee (and no additional transport around), usually it's best to get 2 people to crew it as mobile fire support and have everyone else walk with it.

This has been suggested before but right now it is realistic so it is most likely going to stay.

Also, there is a reason why you need a certain amount of posts to make a topic in the suggestions forum, and it's not because we want them in general discussion.
