any way to completely turn off the HUD? i mean in options you can turn off the minimap and stuff but theres still the text and other ****

I think that's right.

But you have to press the "~" key first to bring up the console.

I Think this will be very nice, cause whats most dislike on BF2 and Mods is the

Hud and the Radio Spawn. It must be a nice feeling to walk slowly through the

map and get that intense combat feeling without those radio+chat spawn.

Can i disable the radio messages too? Or at minimum reduce it?

When i disable the hud, will the minimap disapear too?

Is there a way to change this by the mod in 0.4 ?

Any chance of displaying only who killed you, instead of not displaying anything at all? I seem to always die from lost bullets...

Or if you're in England it's the ` key. Wherever you live, it's almost always under the Esc key and above the Tab key and to the left of the 1 key.

It is the ~ tilda key

Our tilde key is nowhere near yours. As you can see from ours, it's on the far right near the enter key, which is subsequently a different shape from yours. It's shared with the hash (#) key.



You, however, have it up on the top left.



Either way, it's that top left key that opens up the console.

I'm British! And the tilda key is above my shift key! Thats the button I have to use!

Most people say it's the tilde key and they mean the key on the top left (because for me, that's the console button), but I never realised the actual tilde key did that too... I guess it's an alternative layout for those people who are told to press ~ by Americans.
