FOLLOW THIS IN ORDER
UNINSTALL PR
UNINSTALL BF2
REINSTALL BF2
REINSTALL PR .... NOT PATCH 1.41
INSTALL PATCH 1.41

Might try this if it keeps happening. Didnt happen anymore since yesterday without me changing anything

What does my head in is it works fine on 99% of systems ... and then some folks with
exactly the same set up as someone else ... has problems.
One thing developing for Macs has in their favour I suppose .... the problem with Winboxes is you are never entirely sure what you are dealing with. Too many variants.
And add to that the problems that just go away on another day ... and it makes you want to weep ... it really does
(oh and just a hint ... if you are doing all the reinstalling stuff ... then make sure that you reboot your machine after installing BF2. Both the PR installer and PR exe read stuff from the registry, and a nice clean reboot is usually best for that.)
