If you are a rifleman don't be afraid to put ur ammo bag NEXT to a supply crate, you can reload ur bag pretty much straight away from the crate anyway.

BUT! when a AT comes along, he can then reload ALOT faster from ur bag and crate combined than if he'd just used the crate. Lets the infantry put some hurt on those vehicles/aircraft/otherinfantry/maybe even Chuc Norris

What you can reload the bag?

well, yeah, you can reload the bag from the crate, leaving the 1st bag you threw down at the crate

That's going to make the crate run out off ammo faster though.

Or they can wait at the crate normally without having to ask another person to throw an ammo bag...

Back on topic:
A strategy a friend and i often use is to have 1 person spamming ammo bags from a supply crate while the other lays mines, while he is laying one, if a bag is throw on top of him he will generally have reloaded by the time he stands back up again.

Hmmm, I knew about this, but I never really took the innitiative to do this before hand. Though whenever I realoaded myself I did make sure I stood between both crates for double the speed

Actually, there was this one time where our HAT kit missed an APC and it started charging us. So while he was reloading I managed to drop about two more ammo bags next to him, and he reloaded in time to miss again, but hit a third time in the same time it would've taken to hit once 9)

Believe you can only have one out at a time. The last bag disappears when a new one is laid out.

This is correct.

If you're bleeding out throw ammo bags down and you'll get your patches faster.

A good tip is that, if you have 2 or 3 Ammo guys in your squad, they can all drop ammo in a pile then rearm the ammo bag from the pile. The pile will still be there after you get you bags up so the other guys can rearm their ammo.

It seems many people fail to realize that you can reload your ammo bag off of your own ammo bag, without a crate...

However if your personal ammo is low, it may not work.

It takes 2-3 bags to reload a HAT/LAT and the same for C4/IED's

Just throw the bag down where no ones gonna stand near it, reload your bag and than have your HAT or LAT grab there's, redo til he's resupplied.

if you reload ur bag...the bag you put down will barely reload anything...eliminating the point of putting the bag down in the first place...

You can load anything from single ammo bag. Even HAT and AA missiles. But this is only if you haven't reloaded your weapon/used your field dressing, etc.

it won't make it run out of ammo faster because the ammo that is used from the crate to reload the ammo bag can be rearmed from ammo bag next to the crate.
