Give Sniper kit a "Deployed" option and same deviation from any stance.

Right now, Sniper is only useable when prone. This eliminates a lot of positions that would be otherwise realistic for a sniper in real life, like enterable buildings and rooftops with short barriers. Therefore, its highly unrealistic that the sniper kit is only utilized in a prone position.
I suggest that the sniper gets the same treatment as the automatic rifleman kit. 8 second deployment time, and deployed at any stance. This way snipers can effectively snipe prone, crouched and even standing.
Some may think "Well snipers wouldn't have the same accuracy sniping while standing because the rifle is heavy!" In RL, snipers are able to place their weapon on a rigid object like a barrier, a window, a table, etc. Hell they're even trained to use their buddies' back. In PR, they cannot place their rifle on top of things. By reducing the deviation when standing, we can simulate the sniper placing his rifle on a stable surface. This is the same reasoning used in making the AR able to fire from all stances.
Yes, some snipers may exploit this feature by standing in open areas and sniping. Well my reply to that is they won't last long like that so it's unlikely you'd see that often.
