Misstake

PR Is a rearly nice Mod but it could be much better!

The biggest Misstake from PR is AAS

32 Player fight of one Flag is only wild Shooting in the Area without Strategie
AAS was never sugsesful in the Past

Disable AAS or make it cooseable and the Mod takes one Step more to be a gread Mod

Belive me ;-)

AAS forces people to attack a single point and concentrates the battle. You can actively flank, suppress, and attack, because you're attacking the single point, rather than just rushing to take them all.

AAS Is definately one o fthe better adds. Now all the noobs can't just jump behind lines and cause havok. We actually have a battle with Frontlines.

As usal (been talked before about) - works on some maps, with certian number of players. these mainly being small 16 player ones, keep fighting concntrate.
However on larger 32 and 64 it jsut results in carnage, at times. If both teams work well, using team work, it can be very diffucult.

A complex system has been suggested thousands of times before - being you have 2 choises of falg to take.

I personally would like if you had 2 choises and you only got 2 more choises when both of the orginal ones where captured.
This means once, 1 of the 2 flags has been taken the other team can be attacted more easily form 2 different angles, 2 spwn points near the action.

THis is the most simple system and i think could make a big difference, although it actually keeps the present system in many repects, jsut expands it alittle.

Yes Agree, you have a Frontline but where ist the Strategie :confused:

In dont see the Frontline I see the whole Map, there is more than only the frontline.
So you have only one Base where all 32 Player fight, there a less way to thinks about less ways and this way's will repead and repead, here is only one thing where you have to concentrate. After 5 Games everyone know exact the ways where the oponent can come. You take so lot of strategi possibilitys away.

Otherwise you have bases witch you have to defence and you have a lot of frontlines and so you have more to think about your steps than more can happen.

It is to easy to say, "so guys, there is a base take only this one the Rest of the area is not important".

AAS is a old thing of Battlefile but it was never an success it is too monotony after a wile, a lot do not like AAS more that they like AAS.

Belive me, PR have more Strategie potential than the originaly BF2 give this portential to your graed Mod

I agree with you. I also liek some of the ideas other games have.

A territory system, similar or identical to the up and coming Enemy Territory Quake wars would be good. It looks like Rise of nations but the territory size and shape never changes, just who owns it. On a maps you have each territory surrounded by a green or red line. Green = own it , red = enemies.

I am sure how each terriroy is taken, but it has something to do, with comeplting objectives.
If this could be incorperated it to PR is would be fantastic. You wouold ALWAYS be able to see the front line AND you make it so that you can only take a territory next to one you own.

But you could implament a system , (mentioned recently) where if you go behind enemy territory (stuff you cant capture), and damage there equipments and buidlings and they loose tickets. This mgiht already be in PR but this whole thing could be expanded.

Is this realistic ? : MEC team has village, MEC team has Huge fortres which is far away from US starting position and Village is very close US forces starting position. Nobody of MEC doesnt wanna defend that huge fortres because its so damn boring to wait 1 enemy attacking every 5minutes. This is unrealistic, huge fortres without any defence..... That is why its good to force ppls attack on some flag instead of taking huge fortresses alone.

playing with a small number of people on Karkand with aas had me crapping my self team work is improved s much with aas as it denies the lone wolf tactick

I still think back flags should be posisble of being captured, but with serious penalties. So it's advised against but avaialible.

And paradoxically it makes being a sniper more interesting. With the battle focused, it makes creeping around and picking off the combatants a very profitable undertaking.
