I've noticed a couple of guys have tags that say [R-TEC], but what do they actually do? I know they are technicians, but what do they fix?

Well, if you took a look around the RTEC forums you would know, and fixing peoples PC problems is what we do.

Also generally offering advice on a wide range of PC and software related subjects, and a few more things in the pipeline.

But maybe you should of asked this question in the TEC forums rather than here, as it isnt really PR related....

ops: Sorry for asking in the wrong spot, I didn't think there was designated people for the Tech Forums, I thought it was a community support thing.

It is a lot of the time, obviously the community is around a lot more than 4 guys But, it's in its early stages and we mostly offer help and advice on PC issues more than PR, as the community can sort the PR problems quicker.

Keep your eyes peeled though, as we will be sorting a few new additions very soon

they give out phone numbers to real technicians!

lol, usually R-TECs make up fanciful excuses too all of life's problems and find a non existant workaround for an issue you didnt even know you had, in lollypop-land.

There are actually R-TEC forums down near the bottom of the forums. you can find the proper area and post your issue.
