*oops forgot to put my reasons down*
Im trying to offically start a community project on the PRMM manual and guide. This most probably will not be a PR affilated project, but a community project. Im no web designer, but ive come up with concept layout which will do (I stole it I know, but again, im no web designer!). Its still very much a WIP, but it shows you the foundations im working on. A clean design which is VERY easy to navigate. Will include bug onfo, FAQ's, the works possibly. (Ignore the typo's, its nearly midnight!)

So be wary, not only do I need pictures, I need entries for the manual soon aswell! Good luck everyone!

I'll be more than happy to write some stuff up.

Can I suggest a Wiki style for some articles?

Homer...we need to talk bro!

I was about start working on the same project...not doing the write ups but actually organizing it.

I do website coding...and I was also going to throw it into a PDF. I know my way around Photoshop, so I can do graphical work as well. We should mesh our ideas together and see what we can come up with!!! No sense in three people doing the same thing when we can work together and come up with one kick *** manual.

I was going to name mine "Project Reality Field Manual" and base it off the design of a real military field manual.

Just shot me a PM!

Also before my crew was cut, we were working on a website that was totally dynamically driven... php. Easy to edit on the front end and easy to admin. When the devs make a change (we know they will) it can be quickly changed. address is http://template001.pixelsoftfilms.com could be useful. Joomla is pretty amazing.

Created an account there. I think that site has potenial for an offsite site. I don't know what you would do with it though.

he he it even has forums setup, just have to link it. Seems that was the root of all our evil.

I was trying to stay away from the cliche stlye that most game sites now have. I wanted the frontpage to be more informative than image pleasing. To say the least, people who are here are after information, not how good PR looks.

I did not want the need for new users to sign up, as this is a non exclusive site for all gamers alike. Also, I felt the need for a forum redundant as we allready have the PR ones.

I also went for a VERY simple web design as the users who would be reading this typically want information without being confused. So a simple image to show what the product is, some links below to specific parts of the guides, and on the right an extremly easy to use nav-bar. What does everyone else think? Should it be in a diffrent layout? Should it have a diffrent colour scheme?

IRT Mav: Anything that is helpful, whatever your skill of expertise is, anything is helpful. Will probably end up consolidating most enteries into one document.

IRT Eden:That would be really helpful actually, for a community project thanks!

IRT 2Slick4U: Pm'ed

IRT Fullforce: Some items possibly will, recent additions in later builds will eb most likely, so as users find out new techniques, they can just run them up. Im realliy liking the idea of PDf's though!

If you don't mind, I would like to help with writing the tactics. I have some good basic tactics for the game that usually work when they are done and squad set ups ect . with different snarios(sp?)

I would also like to help with writing the tactics. I do enjoy writing guides, though I have none published or uploaded, I would still like to contribute towards PRM.

Perhaps I could do a guide on Littlebird Tactics and/or Marksman tactics.
