i reinstalled bf2 and PR, and when i click on PR it says error report and wont start, anyone else got this?

Missing 1.41 patch?
Installation timeline
1. Install BF2
-----------------
BF2:SF Expansion |
BF2:EF Expansion |--- If you have expansion packs, this is when they should be installed
BF2:AF Expansion |
----------------
2. Install the latest Full BF2 Patch (Currently: 1.41)
3. Install the latest PR Build (Currently: v0.860)
PR86 uses two installers 'Core" & 'Levels"
