Commander 3x 2D View

Hey Lads, Ace here reporting from Ocean Shores, Washington.
I was just reading through the .86 Manual and I remembered what always pissed me off about the commander screen. The 3x view being completely useless, except to listen for enemy movement and fire.
Suggestion 1:
- Please allow us Commanders to use the 3x view, without sound and the Vanilla 3D representation (Eye in the sky), and replace it with essentially a 2D, 3x version of what we already have.
- This would allow us commanders to more precisely place CAS Markers on positions where we could only hope to be correct previously.
- This would also allow a squad leader, without a GTLD, to place an attack marker and relay the strike coordinates to the commander, without the trouble previously mentioned.
Suggestion 2:
- Just get rid of the 3x view. This way I wont have to struggle with my mouse, each time I try to zoom in, to get to the 2x view, to attempt placing accurate markers.
