I have no idea how this happened, but when I got killed my screen said 'wounded', yet I was actually dead (no give up button etc.) although I could still hear the heartbeat sounds that are there when you're reviveable. I couldn't respawn, so I teamswitched and got switched back, so I could spawn. Happened twice although the first time I was teamkilled and punished the TK, if that helps any.

Happened to me some times as well, very hard to reproduce bug. I guess it's just BF2 going nuts.

Yeah that has actually happened to me once too..

When i read the title of this post, i thought for myself:

".. poor bug"

work around is trying to switch to the other team, if you cant switch, but press it anyway, you die. you also leave the squad though, so keep that in mind

How to reproduce: Spawn then get shot immediately.

This happens to me all the time, and it pisses me off.
