What the **** is wrong with PR?

40 min earlier my PR worked perfectly fine. Then I suddenly received a message that I manually had to update punkbuster due to I crashed, which I did.
Everytime when I load up it either crashes immidiatel to the desktop or after some time walking around in the game. How the HELL is this possible????!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?
More importantly, how do I solve this problem?
