Ok, if anyone can help me on this, it would be much appriechiated.
I'm having problems with .3 I've downloaded it and none of the servers are compatible...
Is this because i need to download the newest version of vanilla? It's just every time i try... it buggers up...majorly
If anyone can help...advice needed.

yes you need the latest version of vanilla ... ofc you need it... prmm is based on vanilla code

I suspected as much, sorry, i'm just completely stupid with computers...im fine playing games on them...anything remotely difficult..i struggle.

You need to change your filters I imagine. If they're correctly set to PRMM you should only be seeing about 70-80 servers up. You must ensure 'Same Version Only' and 'Same Mod Only' (I think those are options...) are enabled, and have 'Ranked only' disabled.
