Sorry if this is in the wrong section

Hi my clan leader was applying for a server license and ran into abit of trouble. He entered all the required information on the form but when he tried to apply it would not let him continue due to his Player ID being invalid.

He checked it multiple times and it still did not work. He was getting his PID from Bf2s.com
so im pretty sure it was correct.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Was it that his PID was too long?

I know their was a problem with it before, but not sure if it was sorted.

Would it say that his PID is to long or would he be unable to enter it into the space provided?

As the PID i entered 158690647 which still seems to give me this error.
The BF2 Player ID (PID) you entered is invalid.

Not quite sure what is wrong with that but we wanted to apply for some server files for basic and private hosting mainly for making videos but also for private clan matches.
It could be that i don't play bf2 much and my profile is kind of new but the reason for that is because we were waiting on a pr server really so i hope that wouldn't be a problem.

Any help would be great.

THe problem is known and reported. It will take some time to fix it thou.

This looks like it's an issue regarding the length of the PID? Previously, the site would not accept 9-digit PIDS (only 8 digits were accepted - the older PIDs). Newer PIDs are 9 digits.

That's now been fixed - you can enter 8 or 9 digits.

If the issue is something else, please let me know.

Ok .. I'll ask one of the website Devs to see if they can manually enter it into your forum account, and I'll get back to you.

Ive PMd someone about this matter, hopefully it'll be sorted soon lads.

Maybe something could be put in the Server admin Application for the time being maybe, save an hassle?

Really think an announcement of this should be made by the relevant DEVs, just to save confusion...
